DELIVERY. Delivery is free of charge on orders over £100.00, to one UK mainland address. Orders
under £100.00 will be subject to a shipping and handling charge of £4.99. Stock items will be sent between three to five working days from acceptance of order.
Longer delivery times may apply to some items; this will be clearly shown on the product information
page.
Larger items, for example furniture and cot beds, will be delivered by carrier. It is your responsibilty to
ensure the delivery can be received at the delivery address. It is not the drivers responsibility to deliver
goods to a specific room, only onto your premises. Please ensure help is available on site to assist the
driver if required. For insurance reasons, if help is not available where required, the driver may not be
able to deliver the goods.
Delivery prices quoted are for UK mainland delivery only. For deliveries to Scottish Islands, Northern
Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Eire please call or email for details.
Goods will be delivered between 9.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries may be
arranged but a £10.00 surcharge will apply.
If your goods do not arrive when expected, let us know and we will contact the delivery agent.
All parcels we send are insured at no extra cost.
Please note we are unable to send goods outside of the U.K or to BFPO addresses (Eire excluded)
